Singaporean Rice with Sauce 4.13/5 (8)

Quick and easy recipe Singaporean rice with a little fusion of our own. This dish made up of layers of noodles, cooked chicken with different vegetables, rice’s and topped with mayonnaise sauce.


  • Cooked boil rice ½ kg

Chicken gravy

  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Oil 2 TBS
  • Ginger & Garlic paste 1 TBS
  • Vinegar 1 TBS
  • Soya sauce 1 TBS
  • Salt ½ TBS
  • Red chili powder ½ TBS
  • Black pepper ½ TBS
  • Hot sauce ½ TBS
  • Ketchup ½ cup

Stir fried vegetables and noodles

  • Oil 1 TBS
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 TBS
  • Carrot( julienne cut) ½ cup
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Capsicum ½ cup
  • Spring onion white chopped ¼ cup
  • Soya sauce 2 TBS
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder ½ TBS
  • Boiled egg noodles 200 grams
  • Sesame oil ¼ TBS
  • Spring onion green chopped ¼ cup

Mayo Sauce

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Ketchup 1/3 cup
  • Hot sauce 1 TBS
  • Salt pinch
  • Black pepper pinch


  1. First of all boiled rice and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan put oil sauté ginger and garlic paste and boneless chicken, add salt, red chili powder, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, hot sauce, ketchup and water 3 to 4 TBS cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Heat another pan put oil to fry all vegetables and noodles and salt, red chili powder, black pepper, soya sauce mix well, add boil noodles mix and add sesame oil set aside.
  4. In a bowl add mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, salt and black pepper mix.
  5. Take a dish, pour the rice to cover the bottom, then stir fried vegetables and noodles, pour the chicken gravy over the vegetables and noodles. Drizzle mayo sauce in the top. Enjoy!
