- 2kg Strawberry
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
- In a bowl add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice. Mix it well.
- Refrigerate it overnight.
- Add strawberries in a pan and cook for 25-30 minutes on medium high heat.
- To Check, pour small amount of jam on a frozen plate if it doesn’t drip, its done.
