Creamy Chicken Alfredo 4.5/5 (4)

This is my favorite recipe! It features the great taste of Alfredo sauce with parmesan cheese in it. Hope you enjoy!”


• Penne Pasta 250 grams
• Chicken Julienne 300 grams
• Oil 1 TBS
• Garlic paste 1 TBS
• Black pepper grounded ½ TBS
• Salt ½ TBS or to taste

Alfredo Sauce

• Butter 3 TBS
• Cream 1 & ¼ cup
• Milk ¾ cup
• Mushrooms ¼ cup (finely chopped optional)
• Black pepper 1TBS
• Salt 1 TBS to taste
• Garlic powder ½ TBS
• Dried parsley 1 TBS
• Parmesan cheese ¼ cup


1. Boil penne pasta with water, salt, and oil. Drain, risen with cold water and set aside.
2. In a pan add oil, crushed garlic, chicken, salt, black pepper stir fry on high flame till chicken is done set aside.
3. For alfredo sauce, add butter, cream, mushrooms, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and milk in a pan and cook till it thickness. Once thickness, add cheese and dried parsley mix well, add parmesan mix and set aside.
4. For planting, add penne pasta first, then pour alfredo sauce, sprinkle cooked chicken and garnished with parsley and parmesan. Enjoy!
